Propdesk Call Vault Read Only

A private, owner-operated tool. Current functionality: recording-file metadata inventory. There is no public sign-up or recording upload service.

What the tool does

The tool checks metadata in one designated Google Drive Call Vault folder so the operator can verify the source collection and prepare controlled intake. Metadata can include file names, identifiers, sizes, types and operational timestamps. This tool does not record phone calls.

Recording downloads, transcription and automatic assignment to a client or matter are not enabled in the implementation described here. These capabilities require a separate release review and updated disclosures before activation.

Google Drive permission

Google’s read-only permission allows the application to see and download files across the Google Drive account that authorizes it. It does not grant permission to edit or delete Drive files. The metadata reader is configured for one designated folder; that folder restriction is an application control, not a Google-enforced folder-only OAuth permission.

Access and support

The tool is operated for its owner’s authorized use. It is not offered to the public. Authorizing Google access does not establish permission to process someone else’s recording.
