Propdesk Call Vault Read Only is a private operational utility for its owner’s authorized use. These pages do not offer a public service, subscription or recording repository.

Authorized use only

Use is limited to the designated operator and approved source folder. Do not use the tool to access data without appropriate authority. Google account consent is separate from the privacy, confidentiality and other permissions that may be required to process a recording.

Current functionality and limitations

The current implementation inventories recording-file metadata. Recording downloads, transcription, speaker identification and automatic client or matter assignment are not enabled. The inventory is a point-in-time operational check; it is not proof of recording authenticity, completeness, consent, speaker identity or the truth of a conversation.

Decisions and source records

Preserve original source records and review relevant evidence before relying on an inventory for a consequential decision. The tool does not provide legal advice or determine whether a recording may lawfully be used.

Account control and changes

The account holder may revoke Google access through Google Account connections. Material functionality or data-use changes require review and updated notices before activation. Read the privacy and data-use notice for current access, storage and sharing practices.
